This isn’t something big, but it’s something i’ve loved. In Halo Reach, in the pre game lobby, you could vote for a map, as well as scroll through the player list in the game, and you could easily access their file share and service record as well as view their armour. In Halo 5, in the pre game lobby, you can select a boost, and view peoples emblems (you won’t even know which emblem belongs to which player because it doesn’t display names) i personally loved scrolling through and comparing my armour to higher and lower level players and seeing who is even in my game, the last thing i’d think is, “i wish i could see everyones emblems instead of names” I don’t like it at all. i’d much rather the way it was in Reach and Halo 4. What are your thoughts?
I agree completely with this, the reach system was the best but even the Halo 4 one was okay. Hopefully they will change it in the next few months.
PS. Nice colour scheme
I too agree with this but I think the reason they’ve shy’d (shyd? shied?) away from this is because the matchmaking is simply too fast to really look too deep into other player’s profiles. I can barely take a quick piss between matches anymore lol. Not something to complain about, just a reason why I believe they haven’t gone too in depth with the lobbies.
I gotta say that the Halo 5 lobby is rather poor compared to Reach. Honestly, I don’t understand why they’re trying to reinvent the wheel here, the Reach lobby is the best I’ve seen for any game so far. Why try to fix what is far from broken?

seconded. Reach’s UI nailed it. It felt so high quality like and not rushed like h5’s

As much as I don’t like Reach, I have to agree that the UI was the best of the series.
Or just revert to Halo 5 Beta lobby.
