I hope they brng it back. Infinite btb was ok but will get boring quick, specially since many games will end so fast you’ll never get to use the banshee, wasp or tank. Also the req system was not pay to win. You could earn every weapon just by playing the game. The infinite battle pass on the other hand is a microtransaction heaven.

Warzone is awesome! I’d like to see it return but as a more minor mode.
(Conspiracy time) I think that Halo 5 launched without so much content because 343 put a lot of resources into Warzone at the expense of everything else. They wanted to funnel everyone but 4v4 competitive players into Warzone so they could buy req packs. Warzone is a lot of fun but obviously, that isn’t cool. (/End Conspiracy)
If Warzone returns in Infinite I’d like it not to eat everything else up and improve. Base layouts should definitely change from map to map. It’d be cool to see asymmetrical home bases too, like one team being based out of a crashed Scarab (protect the scarab core) and the other being in a Forerunner weather structure.

I could use warzone or invasion or firefly or some similar new mode. Just bring a coop horde like mode when they can
