sorry, on windows phone which for some reason I can’t move the text cursor without selecting the whole text. Anyway, who remembers the plastic wrapped clips or missile boxes scattered through campaign and MP, you could just add a weapon but that gives players the ability to use the weapon without specifically providing ammunition. It would be great to have shotgun boxes, crystals, the wrapped clips blue for pistol red and black atc and the sniper rifles loverly clips etc. Anyway, having a generic box dispensing ammo only for loadout weapons is rather disappointing.
While we’re on the topic of ammo. I dont think any Halo gun takes clips. Magazines, sure. But not clips.
Also I dont miss that you can pick up unloaded/dead weapons. It was infuriating to pick up unloaded AR’s and shotguns in The Maw.
I can an imagine a pretty negative reaction to ammoless weapon pick ups.
I thought it was neat to see the different types of ammo lying around, but the ammo box is fine. I’m not gonna lose sleep over it.
