Now that Forge and accessible custom games are here, 343 should bring back the moveable 3rd person camera, and even a free cam, when spectating other players. Even if this is just a setting for customs would be great, so ranked play cameras could stay as-is.
Being forced into the vehicle over-the-shoulder style cameras in demo derby modes and the like isn’t great, and bringing these cameras back would make these fun modes that much more enjoyable.
