Specifically in Multi-player, a soft-kill zone covers an area of a map in which a player should not have access to. Yet, we can access them. I understand the reason in which we can access these areas in Reach is the addition of the Jet pack, but I really hope we see more hard force fields than soft kills in Halo 4. Especially for the forge, I would love to be able to forge force volumes, such that they create invisible walls or rooms. It -Yoink!- competitive game-play.
I’m not for the removal of the Return to Battlefield, but I would like to see increase in our options, from a forgers perspective.
