I’d be so happy if 343i brought back elites, invasion, and firefight versus, those being my most favorite part of Halo reach.
I agree with you, invasion and firefight were great additions to the series.

I hope they do also!! They were a pain in the -Yoink- to fight in CE, 2, and Reach but I loved them teaming with the UNSC in Halo 3 and I loved the invasion mode in Reach
I want nothing more then to have playable sangheili back in the multiplayer.
I’m worried about these “spartan abilities” though. Either a separate set of abilities exist for elites, or we might be getting another Halo 4 in regards to their entire removal from multiplayer.
I hope they bring them back they also should add more species to play as like the brutes.
I’d like to see the brutes re-vamped again as well. More enemy diversity means more fun.
It was only really an aesthetic feature, though I wouldn’t mind it being added in at the last second, after they’re done perfecting everything else.
Also, please bring back the Halo: CEA Elites. They were the perfect size (large enough to be physically intimidating, but equal enough in size to the player). I also liked their armor texture better (Reach’s armor was too gritty in general, for both Spartans and Elites). They can keep the general design of Reach’s Elite armor, but make the texture and model size equal to that of Halo: CEA. I know in Reach you were a Spartan-III so it made sense, but there’s no excuse now, because you are playing as Spartan-IIs and IVs (the latter of which is equally as big as the former). In Halo 4, the armor design was passable I GUESS, though only the Zealot armor actually held up to CEA and Reach’s armor designs, and the Elite Minor just looks plain disgustingly AWFUL, with that stupid headdress everyone else calls a helmet. I don’t mind them making them look all worn-out and ragtag, as long as they aren’t ridiculous and really look like the fierce, honorable, and intelligent warriors they truly are. Yes, they are fierce, honorable, and intelligent warriors, not these giant, mindless brutes which they’re trying to portray them as nowadays.
Elites are already in Halo…

He is talking about playable elites in multiplayer, like Halo 2, Halo 3, and Halo: Reach had before Halo 4 removed them.
