Bring back DLC maps...

There have been plenty of remakes of classic maps from past Halo game. Every halo game from Halo 2 onward has had at least one or two remakes of classic maps from previous games; often already on the disc at launch, or later released through.

Halo 3 got Zanzibar on-disc, and later Midship, Chill Out, and Lockout. Halo:Reach started with Ivory Tower, as well as Blood Gulch, Ascension, and Sanctuary as Forge World remakes included on the disc; it later got Hang 'Em High, Timberland, Headlong, Damnation, and Battle Creak. Halo 4 started with a Valhalla remake and later got the Pit through DLC. But these were all launch maps; why aren’t any of the DLC maps ever remade?

What about Rat’s Nest? Assembly? Relic? Gemini? Terminal? Sanctuary? Halo 2 DLC maps especially, since we can’t play them anymore. Why doesn’t 343i remake some of these for the next Halo game?

They typically start with on or two remakes on the disc. Why not Terminal? That seems to have been a very popular DLC map in Halo 2…

Let me get this straight, you want Halo 5 to be released with OLD DLC from past Halos? Remakes? Or do you believe that DLC maps from Halo 4 and other games will be playable in Halo 5?

What?

Bear with me; in past Halo games, Bungie or 343i will usually remake one or two maps from previous games. In Halo 3, we got Zanzibar, Midship, and Lockout. In Halo:Reach we got Ivory Tower and Blood Gulch, and later the 6 Anniversary maps. With Halo 4 we got Valhalla and The Pit.

My point is they only ever remade maps from previous Halo games that were already on the disc for those games.

Halo 5 will most likely have a remake or two at launch. Why not, say… Terminal and Gemini?

Would be awesome. I concur.
