The gameplay as a whole is part of the reason 3 v 4 is so unplayable in Infinite. FF is only 2% of the problem

Not really. It 3 vs 4 matches feel :poop: in just about every game out there. It’s because of the low player count that it shows. The less people per team, the more is required for each person to preform in order not just get stomped into the ground by the other team. Even back fill doesn’t usually help in these because it cannot replace players fast enough in order to salvage the game when they’re this low.

I noticed this very quickly in Team Fortress 2 when I started doing competitive games of 6 vs 6. It was a huge difference then the standard 12 vs 12 matches.

You won’t notice a teammate down nearly as much if it were to happen in BTB though. Because you have a lot more teammates to help balance things out in the end.

You just described the golden age of Halo and you have no idea how much I want this to be the norm again.

Some of my best memories are of accidentally killing my friends or thoughtful gameplay complimented by FF & Player collision.

Punishing back spacing by my enemies coming down a hallway, ect.

Obviously, and it really is obvious - That these features would help to make the feel less like a beta.

Desync
Player collision
Friendly fire

Fix them all, and then it’ll feel like an actual released game.
