I’m not sure if I’m in the minority here, but I think the melee in the alpha release of halo infinite was perfect. It had a good lunge and connected well, now I feel like the lunge has been reduced too much and it’s inconsistent. Idk, it just doesn’t feel as good as the alpha or halo 3 and 5, which had the best melee connections in my opinion. It’s an easy fix, just go back to the way it was in the alpha.

lunge is broken. Imo there should be no lunge at all.
Is it honestly a simple straight forward fix though? I honestly do not know. I do recall the lunges in the flights being much more consistent and successful.
