These game types were awesome!
I miss the calamity of 1 flag CTF. I completely agree with you. It’d be awesome if they add the gametype.
Honestly, I would have rather paid for a 1-Flag CTF gametype than Ricochet. I miss 1-Flag 
Abandon, Complex, and Skyline would be perfect for it! I think if we had 1-Flag on those maps, people would like them.

Likely because they didn’t have time. Halo 4 was a very rushed game. They outsourced a lot of the MP to Certain Affinity too.

Yea, those would be great maps and Adrift too. Place the flag where the overshield spawns.
That sounds like Neutral Flag. I was thinking more of an offense/defense 1-Flag.

Fun Fact: Dominion was almost cut from Halo 4 after months of testing/balancing it at Certain Affinity.
I just don’t get how they can leave out Assault but make Grifball. I don’t get why they made Assault impossible to make out of Grifball, when they could have just made Assault that can be made into Grifball.
I think they did that on purpose because of copywrite issues. Bungie must own Assault or something. Hmm…

True that. I like neutral flag more and that’s what I was thinking about at the moment.
But I also remember and like 1 flag, both are fun and both should be added .
I would like them to return. I think they should try to bring a lot of old gametypes while trying to fix the big issues. If they can at least

The reason I have been told as to why we don’t have them is they didn’t have the time to put it in. I have to say I would rather of waited another 6 months if it meant putting in all the stuff that was stripped out.

Haha it would have taken hardly any time at all to put 1 Flag in.
As I always post in these objective style threads…you have my vote (again). I sorely miss 1-sided objectives and assault. There are so many asymmetrical maps in Halo 4 they practically cry out for 1-sided objective game!

Agreed, a lot of the maps would work much better 1 side Objective.
Exile and Abandon the 2 most obvious maps that would benefit from this.
It should be possible, because Grief Ball still has option for round based games.
