They have the chance now, not to screw this game up.

Have you noticed how when the weekly challenge is to win games people actually TRY TO WIN? And not just worrying about going positive. It’s an entirely different atmosphere in those games.

They mention something about a new progression system and I seriously hope they mean something they added apart from bringing the 1-50 system back. It makes matchmaking so much more competitive.

Here is some other great improvements:

  • No AA’s or bloom.

  • No forge made maps in MM.

  • Add more realistic textures in Forge, not just gray material. Perhaps like rain forest-, desert, medieval -themes. Also you should be able to add bushes, trees, grass etc. Not “just” barrels. (This is just examples, perhaps bad ones, but you get the picture.)

  • Halo 2/3 maps remakes. Gemini, Colossus, Midship, Guardian etc.

  • Make a female choice to Jeff’s voice for like “double kill”, “Flag stolen” etc. Would be awesome with a setting like that.

dunno as much as i want that to come back, im kinda scared of what the ranked playlist will turn into after the amount of boosters in Halo 3 and even in Arena.

there has to be a better way to control that

I agree with the 1-50 ranking system. I don’t agree with those map remakes. Lockout, The Pit, Narrows, Battle Creek and Sanctuary if anything.

Agree with AA’s and Bloom, they aren’t fun.

Everything you mentioned has pros and cons they just need to remember as long as everything is done balanced the world will not care but if they contionusly ignore their dedicated fanbase especially the competitive players ala the MLG community and co they will just fall deeper into this hole of being a joke and destroying the best trilogy for console FPS shooters.

The 1-50 wasn’t a perfect system there was so many boosters and people selling accounts.
I agree, there should be no forge maps in MM not like the reach ones anyway.

I really do not see why boosters are a problem, if they are better than you then they will win. And that’s in all game types, social, ranked whatever. The only way to get better is to play better people.
