Great idea to have join in progress for warzone, a gametype heavily dependant on entire match from beginning…great to use rare req point boost just to come into a match. 200- to 600 with a team of only 5 people.

Boosts aren’t consumed when you join in progress.

10 minutes ago I joined a Warzone match that was 650 Red - 200 Blue. Red had all three bases. I was on Blue, just hung back, picked people off with my DMR and BR, and all in all had a good time. Like the previous guy said, boosts aren’t consumed when joining in progress, so I really can’t complain about this match.

It would be pretty nice to have a JIP reward program. If you ever JIP you receive a free silver pack and double REQ points.

Or you automatically get max points for the boost you are trying to use, even if your on the wrong end of a victory boost.

I didnt realise it doesnt eat the boost used but my point was more so on the waste of time brought on by JIP games when they are virtually always losses. Especially with a more agressive temp ban for quitting games preventing avoidance

You definitely should get a reward for a JIP. Bronze for playing it out and a Silver maybe gold if you can turn it around for a win.
Something, anything to actually make them worth playing since in almost any game mode they ruin your win/loss ratio and are a waste of time.

They should do what a lot of games do now and prevent loss stats from JiP games.

Boosts are no longer consumed unless the reward conditions are met.

And saying you need an extra reward is a bit moot. You get REQ points for completing the game.
