Breast Cancer Fundraiser Today!

Hey guys, I’m sure you all have seen that Halo will be “unveiling a limited edition item” on the game pink live stream later. I think this is truly an awesome thing and that since we all have been complaining about microtransactions for years, this is our time to pay money for Halo related content but have it go directly towards the people who need it most! I’m really excited at the potential of this and so here’s hoping the community comes together today  Then when we all have this sick pink and white battle rifle (just a guess) skin we will know for years our money went to a good cause.

The question I pose is: Why can’t they just put it on the Microsoft store, and send the money then?

I don’t see the giveaway for the Pink Nerf Assault rifle for Halo Infinite they said they were giving it away and check rewards but I don’t see it

They showed it once. Only 2 made from my understanding that they’re giving away

I’d like to point out for people who don’t know this. Firstly, regardless of what I say next I still think if your willing to, then donate to the cause regardless. Secondly, the pink nerf AR is sadly not a skin. It is literally 2 Pink Nerf ARs for a giveaway. They might come with an in game skin, but thats not the point nor is it stated whether or not it does. The raffle is only for a physical product as far as I’m aware.

Sorry, I wasn’t aware at the time. My bad.

Shoot, I just re-read that. Sorry if that came off rude. I went back and reworded it a little.

Yeah, I was a little disappointed to find out that it was a giveaway. Imagine if it was just an AR skin of that! I still donated because I had the intention too anyway, but I imagine there would have been more donations for a guaranteed digital content. When you think about it, it really doesn’t cost them anything and could have generated a lot of buzz for the game and for the fundraiser. They already are giving out skins for the monster partnership and I would much rather have my money go towards this cause instead of energy drinks.

Yeah I tuned in for it as well hoping for something. At least it’s for a good cause. I think the promotion is running for a while and you can actually claim a free entry per day to win the Nerf gun.

Yeah I’ll be doing my best in adding that to my routine lol. Some of their over giveaways seemed really sweet too!

I wish I didn’t miss this, I hope it went well.

All good! it was a raffle for a customized NERF gun with pink colors and crytals that ended on the 30th. You would get more entries if you donated so it all went to a good cause. Even though I would have paid like $25 easy for a pink Halo Infinite AR skin that supported breast cancer lol
