Breakout's health system makes no sense

One hit melee’s in Halo is a terrible idea. I don’t think I even need I explain that. The only time they’ve been okay is swat because it’s a one shot kill.
BR becomes a God weapon to the point where it beats every gun at every range, including the SMG at point blank.
I went into Breakout excited and completely unaware that the health was any different. I accepted it at first, but it just became more and more apparent that it just leads to more frustrating gameplay. First shot gets the kill practically all the time and that’s not how Halo should be.

Didn’t care for Breakout when I tried it… but will give it another chance in the future.

Thank you for pointing this out! An don’t get me started on the grenades, because one grenade is the end of you. Grenades should be completely removed from breakout so that it is your gun skills that should be in use in this gametype considering the removal of your shields.

And I agree, it is very frustrating every time you die, especially from a BR or a cheap grenade from all the way across the map :confused:

Uhmmmm, its frustrating for those who dont know how to play and adapt and get killed every round, I in the other hand have no problem with breakout’s game rules. Survival of the fittest my friend, survival of the fittest

Not a fan of it either, but I see the appeal for some. I’ll be stickin’ to the old game types in the release.
