Kill two opponents when you’re the last person alive on your team (I think).
Winning the round might be an additional requirement.

No best way mate. Just gotta get gud and lucky. I don’t wanna be that guy who says that but it’s literally the only way.
Unless you camp till your last man and get the kills or just rush and try to get a quad kill
Keep at least one grenade on you, and stay on the high ground. Might just be able to hack off 3 of their limbs too.
I got a superfecta, which somehow did NOT give me credit for a trifecta. Go figure.
My hubby (Darth Jaco) needs 11 more for the “Against All Odds” commendation then he’ll have all the Game Mode commendations completed.
And I completed the “Unstoppable” commendation (Survive a round of breakout) which actually you have to survive the whole game and get Immortal Medals. All without boosting.

Some commendations should be achievements!
1 v 2/3/4’s always happen in breakout but it’s being able to survive it that doesn’t happen all the time.
And it’s not luck that will win u these, it’s skill, positioning, and what weapons u have.
it’s self explanatory but never swap your shotgun, and never swap a precision weapon for an automatic I see this so often and it’s just so dumb.
For positioning, u should always stay on their half as they will attempt to pull the flag and if they do u don’t have run half a map and get ambushed,
And skill comes with just playing the game and experience

I recommend using the shotgun if you’re the last man standing and camping near the enemy flag return. It’s really hard to get teamshot if you kill em super quick in close range.
Of course you have to be good with the shotgun for that, it’s a totally different kind of aiming than what you do at longer distances.

I think scoping in tightens your spread, which may allow you to kill that one person before they get you first.
