Dipped my toes into breakout, didn’t go well. Is it just elimination swat? Or can a spartan take two headshots to die? Couldn’t get the feel for the health/shield side of things.
You just don’t have your main shields.
2-3 headshots and no shields
it is a strange one,got my plat ranking and havent played it again. i bet i will play it again though. i see a lot of my friends grinding using it as a break game between the games of competitive game types
Low shields, regular health.
I like the idea tho to be able to take a head shot and live in breakout because then it dosen’t feel like swat
I thought no shields made you open to one headshot?
Have they buffed the damage modifier?

I think it still does the same damage. EDIT: meant to say does notI loved Breakout in the beta, and I’m enjoying it a lot now, too. Wins in that gametype are so satisfying.

It does slightly more damage on headshots, like 5 magnum body shots to die, 3 headshots.
I think… I don’t like breakout very much…
