GO ahead and call it a rant but after trying breakout my entire outlook on this game went down the drain. ic ant tell if theres shields or not and if there isn’t why aren’t my headshots killing anyone? why are people surviving grenades to their feet while I die from easily surviveable range? WHy am I dying in 3 shots to an smg sometimes and to a whole clip others? What the hell is wrong with your game that its so freakin random? I have an absolute blast in warzone but “arena” has been the worst halo experience ive had by far. I had the same headshot issue in shotty snipes. shots that clearly hit, miss, and shots that clearly miss, hit. Somethings wrong here.

You are just complaining because it’s a new experience. I’ve never noticed any of the glitches you have mentioned.

Its not a “new experience” ive experienced plenty of game types in its “style” without the whole flag thing. I asked some legit questions that are being passed off as “complaining” which is why the gaming community is the laughing stock that it is.
breakout has no shields but increased health so that headshots do more damge it should take 3 headshots to get a kill
altough i can agree that breakout seems inconsitant
There is no inconsistency. Breakout requires 3 head shots from a pistol to kill, 2 from a BR or DMR (DMR might be 3). SMGs tend to miss, even up close so if you’re dying real quick from them its because the opponent is skilled with the gun and hits all their shots. If you are having difficulty killing the enemy with an SMG its because you are missing with it or they get the first shot(and land it).
There’s nothing wrong with Arena. It is finally balanced, except for some spawn issues. It seems to me you just need some practice.
I would ignore the buttholes that tell people to play another game. People always wanna be jerks online. Aside from that being said, I can understand why you are frustrated with the Arena. I got killed very quickly and seemed like luck is against me. Then again, you may be playing against people who are very skilled and have not been placed into a higher league yet. I gotten better and bad luck seems to visit someone else instead. Keep practicing and if you need to, replay the video of your match and see where you are placing your first shot because that usually determine the victor.
