Alright, So I understand that the Immortal medals are a toughy, and probably are going to take awhile, but why do you have to ruin the fun for others? You’re a champ yourself and you’re playing with a lvl 9 Bronze who has the same exact skill as you? Something doesn’t add up.
I’ll just leave this here;

If this is against the rules, so be it, but this -Yoink- it sad.
PS: Don’t even start about me being Onyx and therefore getting matched with champs, This was my first game as an Onyx this season and I was playing with some unranked Company buds.
Boosting and pub stomp smurfing are problems in multiple playlists. There are always multiple threads running on the topic(s). This is an ongoing problem with online games/esports that most long time players acknowledge has been going on forever. It’s a type of cheating that is much less prevalent in “real” sports with oversight/rule committees, umpires and referees. It’s definitely there, but the governing committees are constantly striving to combat it. These are monitors that the gaming industry has declined to spend any time or money developing, because presently they make more money letting cheating go unchecked, and the majority of the gaming community doesn’t seem to care too much. Without strict punishments cheaters are going to cheat. As they move forward toward professional competitions the outcry for fair matches in the competitive, amateur community will become louder and louder until something is done, or progress will stagnate. I got into online gaming later in life than most of the people here. When I was a kid everyone in the hood knew each other and when we played games cheaters were called out and shunned. IMO it seems that the anonymity of the internet, without oversight constraints has created a haven for a sizable population of habitual cheaters that are recognized, but ignored. The funny part is that often when these guys are confronted with their actions they blame the system… which I guess is proof of what I’ve said. People who don’t want to deal with it don’t play video games.
EDIT: Needed to add a look at a couple big money making sports with fan bases made of casual players like golf or tennis. The top 200 players in these sports don’t support the huge professional purses the pros enjoy. It’s the millions of weekend warriors and duffers that are trying to play the same game as their heroes. If the gaming industry wants to move past pre-teens playing in the basement the successful games of the future will provide a fair arena for other types of players to spend their time and money on in support of the top professional gamers of the future.
