Breakout and Playlist broken

I’m not able to get the Breakout mode to load, it’s stuck searching for spartans. It’s the only mode I like playing, and I wish I could play it. Also, when I do get to play… My rank is stuck at Bronze 1, it doesn’t matter how many games I win, my rank never changes.

Am I the only one having these issues?

I do seem to have better luck with breakout if I join a friends fireteam but even then, that doesn’t always work but it does seem to be more consistent. All other modes work perfectly.
