Just out of interest across the body of water in breakneck there is a suspension bridge, is this the same one in ODST when Dutch plays through Uplift Reserve, when the Orbital Space Elevator Crashes? If so does that mean the two structure it connects must be Uplift Reserve. Thoughts?

Possibly, because breakneck takes place in New Mombasa.
The map (the original and remake) take place in New Mombasa. So it’s not outside the realm of possibility. It could very well be the same bridge Dutch crosses.
Another possibility is that is the same bridge that Chief crossed with a Scorpion on Metropolis (third level of Halo 2).
My guess is that it’s a different bridge with the same design
I don’t reckon it could be the one chief crosses in Metropolis its too small, it would be cool if it was the one Dutch crosses on ODST as an ODST reference.
