Breaking Benjamin should make a song for Halo 4!

I just listened to some Breaking Benjamin songs and stumbled upon Blow me away( For Halo 2), and i thought: 343i should contact Benjamin and make a song for Halo 4.

Thoughts?

Yep I think they should make a song for H4 to represent Chief’s heroic actions and bravery :slight_smile:

I wouldn’t mind having one for a game trailer, but it shouldn’t turn into the track that everyone remembers the game by. Halo should never stray far from “that” style of music in the official soundtracks, but I don’t feel that this would happen anyways.

If BB ends up doing a song for Halo 4, they should just use I Will Not Bow.

Nah, don’t really think so. Blow Me Away was just played as an instrumental in the game, so a lot of people might not have known it was them. Halo 2 had more of a “rock” theme to it anyway. Hence the BB and the Mjolnir mix song. Halo 3 had more of an epic orchestrated feel, and I’m hoping they go for that. Judging by the awesome music in the trailer, I’m guessing they will be.

Honestly, I’ve come off Breaking Benjamin. Their songs are all right, but I can think of better bands that can make songs for Halo.

you guys do understand that the song playing in halo 2 where you have to fight the elites in the masulem (spelling) with hunters was done by BB? the “movement of the odessy (spelling again)” was done by incubus, the song playing during the heritic banshee level “follow” was incubus.

anyways i would be done for it OP, escape the fate has done like 6 songs based off halo am i sure they could do an instermental that way everybody will enjoy it

I hate Breaking Benjamin. I would however love to see Incubus come back, Follow always makes me happy in my pants when I hear it.

While I can listen to Breaking Benjamin, I’d like to see another rock or metal group do something with future Halo games.

I particularly loved the beat when it was used in Halo 2, made the replay value of that entire mission always worthwhile and enjoyable.

Eh I honestly prefer if they feature the “Beauty of Cortana” song in a campaign mission.

I’m also a fan of Breaking Benjamin, but I’d like to see something different. Massive Attack feature from Neil Davidge, perhaps?

No thanks, their music would just ruin the Atmosphere; id rather have Linkin Park or some other techno band.(or some awesome metal band like Apocal-oh wait)

I don’t mind Breaking Benjamin, but much happier that a key part of Massive Attack is doing the whole sound track.

Wasn’t a fan of Blow Me Away in H2, and have no reason to think that they’d contribute anything better to H4.
