Having been banned from playing yet again are 343 in breach of contract?
ONCE the server found me I managed to play a couple of games some glitched but I’ve got use to that ???
A couple of times the server lost me again and even kicked me off the game !
just now I got a 25 minute because of SOMEONE of my fire team did something WTF
I paid £60 for the right to play their game and know where did it say they had to right to withdraw my rights, so they are in fact “In breach of contract.”
Wonder what would happen if I seek legal aid a sued them … and make it a “group actions” with anyone who feels 343 are taking the P’s with their banned actions ?
Really p’d off I fancy going in to the shop and demanding my money back because the play doesn’t work as advertised !
These things need to stop. Did you contract with 343i? Did you sign and they counter-signed, or are you claiming an implied contract? Specifically what were the terms, and were they bargained for with each side agreeing to the same thing, or should you implement UCC 2207 boilerplate filler sections for the gaps in the bargaining process.
It’s your legal right to file a claim against 343…but considering they haven’t done anything wrong you’d probably end up paying compensation to 343 Industries.
Look, as the below user pointed out, you have 24 DNF’s in the past week alone. This is way beyond average. You were banned because you’re continually quitting. You can’t sue 343 for banning you because you couldn’t be bothered to finish a match.
