Spawns System - 343 is making the spawn system more diverse. The spawn system is being developed to implement a “safer way” for you to spawn.
Ex. If an enemy team is spawncamping, the new spawn system will pick the safest spawn to attempt to not drop you right into enemy gunfire. No doubt people will find a way around this but its likely the spawn system will respawn players in an area closest to their team safely so that they can possibly meet up with their team and cover.
Ranking System - Not too much on this was spoken of. Ya’ll will have to watch the video for that.
Promethian Vision - It is being nerfed from what Bravo said.

No, Bravo really talks about how the game is looking good and how 343 has worked hard on Halo 4. He complains about Promethean vision but uses logic and manners. Unlike some people I won’t name. (You know who you are)
I honestly believe 343i is going to try their very hardest to balance Promethean Vision since a lot of people are complaining about it. A range reduction would be alright, and perhaps a specialization that makes “crouchers” invisible?
I’m also very happy to hear that medals are being redesigned.
EDIT: The spawn system also sounds incredibly great. Spawn camping won’t be possible anymore, but spawn traps will still work.
