Can anybody confirm if Halo 4 will have infection?

If you mean Infection, then most likely.

No. ‘Zombies’ is exclusive Black Ops and BO2, not Halo.

Also Infection is the most popular gametype in Reach and was loved during Double XP events in 3

On Topic: Yes, there is definitely going to be Infection in Halo 4. I could guarantee you.
