Title says it all. Give us a BR start playlist now! That there isn’t one in a Halo game is outrageous! For many of us, starting with anything less isn’t fun. Please give us BR start now!

Makes no logical sense why they failed to already have this setup.
I don’t think we need a separate playlist for BR gametypes. We should try and keep the player population as unified as possible.
I suggest adding BR gametypes in the existing playlists to accompany the pistol gametypes.
I really like the pistol in Halo 5, but I’d enjoy having BR gametypes as well.
BR or DMR start on at least one playlist for sure! I liked the concept H4 had with picking your own loadout. If you want to play with the AR you can, and if you want to start with a BR or DMR you can go that route too. Ideally they would just make a competitive playlist with BR starts and take the AR out all together. BR/Pistol or even DMR/Pistol on certain maps.
I’m just glad the pistol is quite effective this time around. Not as amazing as Halo 1, but still usable in most situations. But yes, I would love a BR playlist. I really feel that if 343 want people to stick around they are going to have to really start fleshing out the playlist/maps in the game.
I saw this weekend we will be getting Shotties/Snipes and Hardpoint playlists.
I would absolutely love to see either a swat playlist with a dmr, or some kind of precision weapon playlist. Something you start with a br and dmr, and you can pick up a light rifle, fight for a couple sniper rifles. ect
I sort of like the AR/Pistole Variant, brings it back to the roots…People became spoiled with the BR…I’ve taken down many players with my AR that they were using B, as others could say the reverse. Take’s skill to use the AR properly, not just spray and pray…I can kill a spartan with half a clip of AR, maybe two in one clip depending on circumstances. 343 said they were trying to balance the game for new players and veterans alike, any veteran of Halo can agree that the proper use of the AR may prove more useful then hitting the body 3-4 times and then landing a simple headshot to kill the player.

Ever since joining the MLG Customs crews back in the Halo 2 days I’ve come to love the BR.
I like starting with a BR because I feel like I don’t have to scramble to compete with power weapons. The BR is easily one of the more competitive and even playing field weapons because of it’s range and stopping power. But because of the need to land shots and the precision required it’s not overpowered in any way. At no point am I clearing rooms and at any point I’m able to argue against weapons like snipers.
I feel like half of my time playing Halo 5’s multiplayer has been scrambling to replace my AR. We started matchmaking in Halo 3 with zero BR start playlists. With enough feedback we were able to vote for BR starts and Team Objective always started with the BR.
With that point being brought up, bring back map/gametype voting.
