To me it looks like a BR, but what do you guys think?
ALSO if you look at what he’s shooting at, you can see some possible new enemies! 
Don’t trust Mega Bloks, go to the store and look at some of their sets, they always mix up what game is featured in a set.

About the weapon, it’s Mega Blocks. It’s very likely that they mixed up a weapon.
The green thing just looks to be a modified Enforcer Sentinel.
Okay, guys, look at the box-art. Looks at what he’s shooting at. Seriously?! There are Sentinels but there’s also this Spider looking dude. Does anyone know what that is? Or Why a red Master Chief would be shooting it?

To me it actually looks more like a DMR.
I was watching a stop-motion by MegaBlocks. They have put Kat into Halo: Wars. Don’t trust them.
The thing in the background is most likely this (<mark>Concept Art Enemy</mark>, which is some sort of war machine thingy. Maybe a war sphinx?
I don’t know if anyone has noticed this or not, but in the bottom right corner of the box is a picture that says “Armory”, and in the picture, it shows Master Chiefs helmet and a little glimpse of two other helmets. Pretty cool.
