Which weapon are you more excited to see returning to halo 4 and why?
I like that the BR is back
I prefer single shot weapons. When not using Reach’s bloom, they can be more accurate and reliable than burst weapons. But I am happy that the BR is back.
Forgive me for not keeping up to date on all the Halo 4 stuff, but where did they say that the BR and DMR were going to co-exist? (That’s if your post is actually implying that of course)

The BR, i fear the DMR will bring back large hitboxes a la Reach.
the DMR provided random deviation is kicked right the -Yoink- out of the game.
anyway this BR55 actually looks cool, still not sure anything on it makes any sense.
I think it’s about time for these guns to square off and see which is better.
BR by far man. That thing was the definitive Halo weapon that, to me, was highly representative of a players skill. It was the all around weapon that if you were skilled with it, you were just in general a good player. DMR is cool though too, it’s a good take on the BR. Dig it for its distance, good for picking people off when the least expect it.
DMR is going to counteract the BR in a very good way too. Because Beau Jhonny234 won’t be able to BR Dillion49548 when he’s rockin’ out a DMR from a distance.

BR55? Looks like a newer model if you ask me

Actually, it’s now the BR85. The BR55 is the Halo 2/3 one.
I like that the BR is returning, but I don’t necessarily care about the DMR’s return. Halo: Reach’s DMR was just a replacement for the BR, so I don’t see a point in returning the DMR in its Reach form. Until I have some more information, I have no opinion on the DMR returning.

unfortunately, i think that they’ll be pretty balanced between each other as damage goes, there may be a range difference but that’s all i can think of.
I say this because if one of the weapons is stronger than the other one than people will be flocking to it in a heart beat and leave the other one in the dust.

The BR, because its been my trusty side-kick ever since I played Halo online.
Also, without bloom in Halo 4 the DMR is pretty much just the carbine from H2&H3 with a human skin.
