I have found that EVERYONE except my self is able to kill absolutely anything with a BR. Any time I bring in a ghost ultra, all the BR’s immediately destroy my ghost. Should it be buffed? should it be nerfed? should it stay the same? I personally don’t know, but until I unlock the DMR I’m going to get rekt in any medium - long range engagements.
I can’t kill -Yoink- with my BR. Luckily I have the H2 BR which is much better.
the key thing here is engagement range. the BR (4 shot head shot kill) is a mid range weapon deathly accurate at mid range, to accurate for CQC and to inaccurate for long range, the DMR (5 shot headshot kill) is best at long almost sniper distances, the DMR wont give you an edge just a different type of play style that may be more favorable

I love my BR. Prefer it over the DMR. BR is love. BR is life.
If you can get the sentinel BR that is just as good as the DMR at range while scoped. Some maps are better for ghosts than other maps. The BR is fine. no nerfs, no buffs. Take time to learn what weapons and vehicles you should use on which maps. You will also unlock better variants of all weapons the more you play. I have an awesome longshot AR that gets plenty of kills at mid range.

H2BR feels like cheating
If you are getting destroyed almost immediately in a Ghost Ultra you aren’t using the vehicle the way you should. Maybe you’re being overly aggressive with trying to splatter enemies or are running into walls instead of knowing where your escape routes are.

I can’t do anything with the BR either, but I haven’t tried the H2 BR.
The only way a br could do that to a ghost ultra would be if the whole team of twelve stood around the vehicle spawn with sentinel brs and even at that I don’t think it would be that fast
I think vehicles should all get a buff because they’re made of paper now. BRs are killing machines though, I don’t think they need a buff.

Then you need to use a ghost properly or stop using them altogether.

I can back him on this the enemy brought out a ghost ultra twice and it got gunned expendables 2 style just as it reach our base and everyone had a BR while I was a spotter for a sniper
mabye not nerfed directly but id like to see a req cost for it in warzone, to encourage people to use other weapons and avoid boring br stalemate battles
BR is good. Leave it the way it is.

You are confirming what a few of us have been saying. The wrong way to use a Ghost Ultra is to rush it at a base occupied by all players of the opposing team when they also have a sniper. Use the Ghost Ultra properly and you won’t die so quickly.
Just go back in time and start playing back when Halo 2 came out. Then you’ll be excellent at H5 BR

I do mostly go for splatters, but it’s mostly in large open areas that BR’s get me (around the garage is a common example.
