I completed the I didn’t receive the req pack for the br kill commendation did this happen to anyone else?

Maybe try resetting H5 and letting the REQs load. It sometimes takes time for stuff like this to load.

Can’t say it has. I’ve often heard of people restarting their game to get their unopened REQ packs to appear. Might be worth a shot.
