So looking back in the beta video for all of the available guns:
And I happened to notice that at 1:01 that the Battle Rifle actually sounded like the 3 round burst it should be. I don’t know why 343i changed the sound since release, but the new one to me sounds like it fires only one shot, instead of 3.
Of course when I hear other players firing with it, it makes the burst fire sound, but when I use it sounds like it fires a single shot.
This may be a slight complaint, but in every game the BR was in, it sounded like a three round burst fire weapon which it should, so maybe they can change it back to the beta sound?
The BR beta crosshair they can keep though, was annoying back then.
I could have almost sworn that the BR sounded the same in the beta, but this video surprised me.
It did sound way better. Sounded more powerful and less “tinky”.
I also miss the old shield warning sound (and a lot of other stuff that they changed since the beta).

Forgot how the shield sounded like. looking it up, did sounded better though then the new one. And lol at “tinky”, because that is exactly what the new BR sounds like 
I like that BR sound better now, it’s like a mix of the good stuff in H5’s BR, and a mix of the fast fire rate in H4’s BR.
It sounds more satisfying indeed.
I don’t like the sound much at all, for some reason it actually distracts me. I roll with the silencer on the BR. I perform much better on it, can’t explain why. To each his own.
