I have been hearing a lot of talk recently about the BR being a 5-shot kill in Halo 4. Everyone seems to be saying it as though it’s a fact, but I still haven’t heard it from 343 themselves. Can anyone provide me with proof? I just find it hard to believe and I’d like to hear directly from the developers before I do believe.
There’s nothing wrong with a 5-shot BR but this forum has been plagued by a lot of rumor and speculation being treated as fact in the past few weeks. Just trying to get the truth.

This although deep down I’m hoping they’re still tunning it and we’ll see a classic 4sk BR in the future

Then the DMR will need to be a five shot kill or it’d be rendered useless.
OT: It was confirmed in a bulletin a few months back, I think. Well it was confirmed by 343i anyway.

As much faith as I put in MLG players’ opinions, I’m really going to need either video proof or a statement from 343 before I believe this. It just seems like too much of a fundamental change. I support it if it’s in the name of balance, but I would rather not change something so classic and representative of Halo multiplayer.
