Hello, I recently attempted to purchase the Halo Reach Req Pack. I had 126,740 points in my account. When I used the points to purchase this pack it took the point away but never gave me the pack. Does anyone know how to fix this because I played many hours to get this value of req points.

Try a hard reset on your xbox. You can also view your reqs here on waypoint, as well as open packs.
There is nothing in my inventory and I tried the restart but still had nothing.

Don’t worry OP, you won’t have lost any items. What happens here is that the opening animation for the packs sometimes gets skipped over but the items do still get deposited in your REQ inventory. You need to hard reset your console to see the updated inventory in-game, alternatively you check for new items here on Waypoint: https://www.halowaypoint.com/en-us/games/halo-5-guardians/xbox-one/requisitions/categories/customization?ownedOnly=FalseNote that by inventory I mean your collection of opened REQ items, if the pack got opened already you won’t see it again in your unopened REQ packs

There is no new armor or helmets, I just wish I could get my req points back.
The same thing happen to me, i just bought the pack with my points and got nothing, I already try to reset my xbox many times but still nothing and also they took my points away ! I need a solution
