Bought the new Memories of Reach Pack, no reqs

I bought it as soon as it came up and all of a sudden I entered a game, after the game I looked for newly unlocked gear and weapon skins and there wasn’t anything I didn’t already have.

Please refund my money asap or Give me a new pack, I’ve spent over $1000 on reqs on this gamertag alone not counting my others, this is the first time I’m asking for a favor, thank you!

Otherwise if there was a feature to look at past packs than I can definintely confirm it but alas there isn’t.

Thanks again and I hope this gets resolved else I’m done wasting money on reqs I’ve spent enough, on the other hand I will be spending more if I know support cares for the customors, thanks!

By the sound of it a lot of people are having issues with the pack, I bought it and didn’t get anything above uncommon except for Jun’s armour and only got two permanent REQs.
