As the title says … I bought the skins in the Online store on Xbox.com. The Packs didnt transfer over to my console nor are the on Waypoint under “unopend reqs.”
Still the are shown in my purchase Historie … can anyone help?
I would recommend waiting until the packs show up on the req store in game, before you do anything.

This indeed works. Same thing happened to me. They are now in my Open Pack screen.
What you receive from the pack?
Can you get the 1st HCS emblem from the packs? If you can I have yet to unlock the emblem.
So I tried resetting my Xbox and nothing happened (besides me not being able to login into anything for a long time).
I paid for the EG HCS pack and nothing has shown up.
Please, any thoughts?
I’m wondering if the time it shows up in your open packs section depends on the team you decided to support, I ordered the Counter Logic pack on the website, and when I pulled up the game, it was there.
