343i anybody please help just dished out $25 and did not get the initial 2 premium req packs seems to be happening to a bunch of people ive been told im an idiot for purchasing this and starting to seem like they are right since on all these forms a bunch of people are having problems with no solutions if this was through req points for a pack its fine but i used real damn money and getting screwed please help

yea ive noticed and its not the casual players its the fans that grew up with halo since day one that are getting screwed cause casuals are not buying a 25 buck pack
You’re not the only one, I got ripped off on the Arena req bundle too. I’ve read where people have tried to get a refund from Microsoft and Microsoft has denied them their refunds and directed them all here to the forums. This same exact thing happened to people who bought the Warzone req bundle and never got what they paid for and as far as I know 343 never did anything about any of that.
-Yoinking!- sucks, I feel really stupid for buying the Arena req bundle now. Money don’t come easy and 25-26 bucks is kind of a lot of money.

Sometimes the servers lag behind and you have to complete a few games i dont know why it does it… but it does
