I just bought 2 $19.99 Gold req pack bundles and neither has loaded. The game said “success taking you to open packs now” but just froze there and my req packs never loaded. What should I do?
Try a hard reset on your xbox. you can also view packs in the requisition section here on WP.
Tried both. Hard reset didn’t help anything and on here it says I have zero unopened packs. Did I not actually buy them? Did they disappear? WTF?
Never mind they just loaded. Took them forever. LOL

When this problem occurs for me normally I’ll play a game or two of Matchmaking and they’ll appear. Hard resetting the Xbox is also an option that has worked as stated above.

Scroll to the top of the page until you see your GT, on the top right. Click your GT > Service Record > Requisitions.

Sorry to hear it didn’t work. Try posting this in the support section. There have been past issues with purchased reqs not showing up. But if you were charged they will eventually show up.
