Bought req packs.didn't get req packs.money gone

So I bought 2 sets of 3x req packs and it said " taking you to open packs", and it didn’t do anything. I checked my bank account and it said that the purchases went through. And I didn’t get my req packs. 343? Me and all these other people need help with this problem.

Same this happenedto me twice I bought the 99.99 pack and only got half the content last night money gone…bought a 44.99 pack and nothing…money gone…343 what gives please help I want my content

I bought the 3 pack of gold req packs and the money us gone but I didn’t get the packs. I look online and people said wait max 15 mins and reset the game. It’s been over 15 mins and u have reset the game plenty of times. Still nothing
