I recently bought some req packs and directly after my purchase I checked my packs and they were not there?
You can hard reset your console or check your unopened packs here on Waypoint and see if they show up. If they don’t, it’s possible that the packs already opened and the items are in your REQ inventory (this can happen sometimes). You should also double check the charge went through if you paid with real money
