Hey guys
I used some REQ points about 10 minutes ago to buy a Gold pack and the game crashed on me, I’m back on and it took away my REQ points but hasn’t appeared to give me anything from the REQ.
Anybody got got some help please?

Generally when issues like this happen, the items do still get added to your inventory you just skip the opening animation. You can either hard reset your console or check your REQ items here on Waypoint to find the new items
