I recently bought a gold req pack with real money and didn’t receive my req pack, please look into this.

Just happened to me. Clicked pay $2.99 and was taken to the card selection by Xbox, selected my card & confirmed, back to Halo 5 where the animation of the pack opening played but I was taken to the Req menu with nothing received. Checked my bank and I have been charged $2.99 from Microsoft . Something needs to be done about this immediately
