So I purchased the new arena req pack. Once it downloaded I launched the game and went to open packs and nothing showed up. I called xbox support and they see my license and proof of purchase but can’t do anything so they told me to post here. Ive tried deleting it and redownloading, ive tried giving it a day, nothing still. Please help me get my content.
If it’s like the Warzone REQ Pack wait for Monday you should get two every Monday for 7 weeks IF it’s anything like the Warzone REQ Pack. 
If not then you got unlucky like me with my Warzone ones. Trust me, I feel your pain big time. 
I should have received a set of Mark V Gen 1 armor immediately. A couple of my friends bought it and received the armor just fine. It’s frustrating.

Yea, it’s just odd that I know multiple people that got the armor immediately. I on the other hand didn’t. Just sucks I can’t directly contact 343 or anyone that can really help fast. I’m just impatient I guess.

Quit Halo from the dashboard and restart your Xbox by holding the Power button(on the console) down for 10 seconds.
I don’t know if it will work, but definitely something I would try out.

Xbox had me do that. It didn’t work. It’s not like I can even repurchase it or anything. It’s locked me out and 343 has no interest in helping their customers I guess.

You can only purchase the pack once.
Idk why it’s not showing up, if that didn’t work, idk what will.
Just ask for a refund thats what im doing
I actually just bought a gold pack and got charged but got NOTHING. Contacted xbox service got a refund.
