Bought Arena Req Bundle - Did Not Get Packs

I just bought the bundle but no arena packs have shown up under open packs.

I notice other people that have been buying packs are having the same issue?

Yep. I’m currently asking reddit for some help but this might just be an issue in Halo 5 right now.

Same here. Really sucks because it’s not exactly a cheap dlc.

Yup. Giant buzzkill not being able to access them. It acknowledges in the store that you bought it by not displaying it anymore… Otherwise nothing…

I’ve had the same issue. Bought the Arena Req in the Xbox live store and don’t see it at all when I boot up the game. Hopefully 343 is fixing something and it’ll be back up soon!

Same here. Just bought the Arena Req Bundle 5 minutes ago and still have not seen the first few packs show. I’ve heard that a lot of people had this same problem with purchased req packs in the past and how they never received what they paid for. I just hope I didn’t waste 26 bucks for nothing!

I’m having the same problem with buying Gold REQ Pack bundle. If anyone get 'em to show up, let me know. I’ve restarted my XBox and everything.

Thanks for confirming that this isn’t just my problem. Just to be clear to mods/343, this is an issue dealing with the Arena Req Bundle, not a duplicate Warzone Req Bundle issue.

I had to spend $34 here in Aus. I am furious right now. Can’t believe this.

This just happened to me as well. Bought the Arena Req bundle and it seemed like to was cycling and making the noise associated with accessing the packs on the next screen but never got there. Then I shut down and restart with no packs waiting for me. My purchase was around 7:50pm PST.

Same. Got the $25 arena bundle for the halo 1 armor never got it. I don’t want a refund I just want to know they’re gonna give us our stuff we paid for

I got the arena bundle and it didnt show up. So i purchased a silver bundle just to see and that didnt show up either. And my email confirmation for the arena bundle is a blank email so idk wtf is going on but it charged me. Of corse it would charge me.
