I bought an EG skin pack, it was there. I went to open it and it said I already opened it.
I thought my payment might have been the issue, for some reason, yeah I am dumb. So i paid for ANOTHER one. Now NONE are showing up and my Credit Card was charged.
What or who should I contact for help?
First I would hard reset the Xbox and then recheck your reqs odds are you got them. But if that fails all you can do is contact Xbox support and hope they give you a refund.
- Stop buying items you have already paid for.
- Close Halo5 and hard reset your Xbox One console.
- Reboot and check if items appear in your Requisitions.
If none of the above work then contact -Yoink!- and demand a refund for both items.
They probably won’t give a refund.
