Bought a warzone req bundle thing and got shorted

A few days ago I purchased that 24 dollar warzone pack and I only recieved 2 of the premium req packs, it told me I would receive 14. Am I missing something or did I get cheated

IKR does no one read (no necessarily directed at the op its a big problem, like half the complaint in these forums stem from people not reading)
