I got onto Halo, and basically went “Lets just get a Gold REQ for $3.95” As I didn’t have the 10k REQs.
I grabbed a recording of what happened, if I can find a way to jam it in here I’ll show what happened.
I bought the pack, and it done the little loading, twinkling noise it makes before it opened and then it just, did a sharp “Nope” kinda noise. (Not literally, It was more like, a thud or something. I can’t explain it, when I get the video in here you’ll know, I guess)
Anyway, point is. I’m asking if there’s any way at all to message someone from 343 for either my REQ pack or a refund?
Anybody else had this problem? Or did I get the tihs end of the stick?
Same thing happened to me this morning, I bought the biggest bundle for $99(33 gold packs + 13 free)… usually I get a email right away confirming my purchase, but not this time. It was just loading the packs & loading & loading & wouldn’t finish . I thought maybe my payment failed so I cancelled out & bought it a 2nd time (worst mistake of my life lol). when I did that I got 2 email purchase confirmations… still NO PACKS! I restarted my xbox 3 time and it still tells me I have “no packs available”… I SHOULD HAVE 94 CAUSE I ACCIDENTALLY BOUGHT 2 $99 BUNDLES!. I tried contacting Microsoft support to see what was going on and maybe get refunded one pack. They said they would call me in under a minute… it’s been half a day and no call… just great service… My ideal resolution is to get my 47 packs and get refunded for the 2nd bundle I accidentally bought. If not well then as long as I get all 94 packs I guess I can live with it… All in all if the req system is down, DON’T GIVE US THE ABILITY TO BUY IT AT THAT TIME!
it probably did open. play a match and then check your req collection. It does that some times and that’s the fix.
BTW Important: Unless you cleared out low level req opening gold will only produce low level req that a silver pack will give you. Not to say you cant get lucky but odds are it will just give out regular tanks and gungooses until you no longer have low level req to cert.
You wont get manti until you clear out everything silver packs can give you. And no warzone isnt p2w. you dont even need req to win.
I ranked up level 90 and it restarted the game and didnt give me anything. Also happened with other ranks. Also i know its kinda random but has anyone ever shot the oponent like 6 times and they only shoot you 2 to 3 times and you die although your shields are full and you got most of the shots?
