I just bought a single gold req pack about 5 min ago and after the transaction is complete the pack didn’t open it just made the nosie and then the home screen pop up. So I went to go see if I got the stuff from it but nothing was there. And I also have the premium req bundle and I still haven’t gotten anything from that but I made a different post about that. But I hope support will actually help me out this time
Yeah, I am having the same issue. I got $19.99 and $2.99 in req packs but it didn’t give me anything. But it did help itself to my bank.

Sign out of your Xbox live profile sign back in and give halo about 1-3 minutes to load your data (req points,Spartan rank etc).

To answer your query though you will still have gotten your pack items. In cases like this the game simply skips over the opening animation for the pack but still adds the times from it to your inventory.
