Bought a Empty Req Pack?

So i had some money left over thought id try my hand at buying a Gold Pack just for the hell of it, and it loaded and loaded and then sent me back to the Store screen, and i checked over everything
No New Armor
No New Helmets
No New Anything

all my stuff was still the same but the money was still taken out of my account

Same thing just happened to me but I used req points.

Quit the game then restart and it should be in the “open packs” section . This has helped me twice.
