I bought the hcs pack for 80,000 req points and I guess I had everything unlocked for the pack I received 5 rare arena xp boosts worth 750rp.
80,000 rp does not equal a 750rp pack.
Who do I contact for help to gey my rp back?
According to the description of the pack, you’ll get 5 HCS themed permanent items, if available. Subsequent purchases will get you 5 rare or better permanents, if available. If you’ve got all permanents already unlocked, which is likely given your SR, then there is nothing left to give you except single use cards, like boosts. In this case, it did not say what kind of boosts you would get if that was the only thing left for you, but it’s reasonably to assume that any boost rare or better is fair game. In this case, it sounds like you got unlucky, which is entirely possible with REQ packs and quite normal. There is probably no way for you to get your RP back. You’ll just have to hope for better luck in the future, or stick to normal Gold Packs.

Anytime thete were issues with req packs bravo would help ppl sort them out. If I unlocked everything then it should of let me open it. 80k does not equal 5 rate boost thst are worth 750 rp. I’m sorry but u will try my hardest for this to get addressed. I would have gotten it if I knew I would only get boosts. 20 gold packs or 750 rp worth of boosts. Lol not at all worth it.
