So there are other forums out there regarding the issue about buying 2 req bundles when it is a one time use thing and the forum team has responded they are working on it, but it’s been almost 2 months… Is there an update on the situation or a solution yet?
At this point I wouldn’t mind just getting $25 in Gold packs for compensation but if they could also please put a disclaimer on the the physical cards they have 3rd parties selling. Thanks forum team for the the quick responses and listening to the community
Agreed, I would be fine with gold pack too, and a disclaimer would definitely be a good Idea. I bought a card with my limited edition. Never knew you couldnt use more than one untill after I had used them and searched on google about why I never got them, which led me to this site. Fairly certain I missed out on a few from the first code too, but don’t know of a way to check sadly. I have yet to even get an answer about if they are looking into it or not. 
You’re not alone. There are quite a few of us that were able to get a second Warzone Premium Bundle. 343 has said in other threads that they know who we are and will be in contact with us soon with a solution. However, “soon” for some of us has been a month now and still no direct contact. I’m still hopeful for a resolution but it’s taking more time than I’d like.
Just play the waiting game and eventually the believe for help will just fade away
I looked again and still no refund. It’s been 6 weeks since I purchased my second bundle. I don’t know what is going on but I’ve had no contact other than generic responses to other threads on here saying they will be in touch soon. 6 weeks is not soon. I was willing to wait a little bit because of the holidays but now I’m getting irate.

At least you even got an initial response, i cant even get that, lol.
It was a stupid idea to make it a one time thing in the first place, and not telling anyone it was a one time use before the game launched

I actually see some people that have said they were NOT meant to be one time, but I do not know who to believe. I would be more likely to believe that it is just broken and not actually meant to be one time since even the cards don’t say limit one per live account… Either way it NEEDS to be fixed.
