Bought 15+5 Gold Bundle, didn't receive (RESOLVED)

I bought the 15+5 Gold pack Bundle this morning and received an error message saying to try again later. My card was charged but I received no gold packs.

Talked to Xbox support, cleared some cache and signed out/in. Still no packs. They told me to wait 24 hours and talk to them again then. Well report back with any changes

Update: Talked to Xbox support again as I still have received none of the gold packs I paid for. They say they can’t refund my money as they can’t access my game account, only 343 can do so.

Help me 343, you’re my only hope. I understand that people are on holiday, I am too, but this is the second time I’ve paid for something and not got it (I also bought a second Warzone bundle) and only found out afterwards that I wasn’t supposed to be able to do that.

Bump. Been almost 72 hours since the purchase now and still have not received my gold packs.

It has now been 5 days since I was charged for these gold packs and have not received them. I’m hoping that someone from 343 will be in the office this week that can either give me permission for a refund, or give me the Gold packs I paid for. I’m going to bump this every day until this gets resolved.

sheeeeit paying for req packs is bad enough but not even getting them, I’d be super noyed!

In the meantime try and unlock everything in the gold packs by normally grinding before you get those you payed for! You get so much more out of it!

If they refuse to respond to you it’s fraud. File a chargeback.

Daily bump. I’m giving some leeway due to the holidays but if I don’t hear back by Thursday (two full weeks) I’ll be giving Xbox support hell and possibly talking to my credit card company

Today is there first day back in the office (and moving into a new office at that), so hopefully you’ll see a response soon!
